Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all walkin customers providing solutions and product recommendations.
- Handle callin orders ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Assist new customers in identifying solutions and establishing initial sales relationships.
- Manage all transactional paperwork including processing credit card payments generating invoices and tracking sales documentation.
- Maintain a clean organized and customerfriendly front counter area.
- Act as a liaison between outside sales reps and internal systems to support timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Convert quotes into sales orders ensuring all pricing terms and scope are accurate.
- Manage the flow of contracts between BS Legal and customers until final approval and signature.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for job starts by ensuring all necessary documentation (contracts approvals payments) is complete accurate and compliant.
- Support tracking and followup of outstanding paperwork or customer requirements that may delay job execution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a sales support customer service or operations coordinator role.
- Experience in the construction industrial services or related industry a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
