Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator Birmingham City Centre 25k basic 45k Package
This is a fabulous opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the heart of the City for many years. They specialise in highquality residential sales and lettings offering a boutique approach that blends expertise with exceptional customer service. With a growing portfolio and a highprofile new development on the horizon they are entering an exciting new phase and they are looking for an enthusiastic Property Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced sales environment understands leasehold sales and is passionate about Birmingham city centre.
This role sits at the core of their sales team and is ideal for someone experienced in residential property sales particularly leasehold whos looking to grow their career within a supportive and ambitious agency. Youll play a handson role in selling homes
guiding buyers through the process and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process & Client Management
Manage the endtoend sales journey from enquiry to offer acceptance
Conduct viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and vendors
Negotiate offers to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
Hand over agreed sales to our Sales Progression team for completion
Support and advise buyers on the Birmingham property market and lifestyle
Local Market Expertise
Stay informed on market trends and developments in the city centre
Understand the nuances of leasehold sales and advise clients accordingly
Represent the companyat client meetings networking events and viewings
Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales Progression and Lettings teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Support wider business objectives and departmental KPIs
Assist during quieter periods in other departments where needed
They are looking for someone with a strong background in property sales especially leasehold and a natural ability to connect with people. Youll enjoy working in a fastmoving environment and will take pride in being a knowledgeable and trustworthy
consultant.
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have previous experience in residential property sales particularly leasehold
Know the Birmingham city centre market inside out
Are confident conducting viewings and negotiating offers
Are proactive professional and driven to succeed
Are highly organised and detailoriented
Are a strong communicator who builds relationships with ease
