Were looking for a PO Adminstrator to join us in Bradford (6 month FTC)

To provide a key supporting role to the growth of our network taking responsibility for the Finance Administration processes of Infill works nationally. Being able to create project codes & POs for all our stakeholders upon approval. Our key stakeholders analyse the data output from our Digital Network Availability (DNA) and our Network Visualisation tools to allow the identification planning and build of premise opportunities in support of customer demand & customer led prospects nationally.

Within the strand of Finance Administration we ensure that we clearly coordinate all finance administration related activity across our internal platforms ensuring that we effectively meet the growth ambitions.

To actively support line manager through collaborative working with key stakeholders across Lightning including our build and planning partners acting as an ambassador and driving excellence in Growth.

What will you be doing

  • Coordinate the workflow of finance adminstration activity management of Project Codes and Purchase Order requests

  • Ensure effective usage of planning and build resources through proactive management

  • Act as a main point of contact for information and updates on the status of finance approvals and requests

  • Work with internal teams to interrogate and populate when required all of our internal systems including Fulcrum Oracle and internal spreadsheets/trackers

  • Escalate finance concerns to ensure delivery is achieved to meet the expectations of the growth programme and our customers

  • Demonstrate a flexible approach by applying skills to support colleagues and other departments.

  • Ability to provide analysis on workflow and performance of network growth activities finance administration related.

  • Effectively manage the endtoend finance process from creating opportunity through to release.

  • Responsible for the progression of all PC/PO requests for both planning and build
