What Youll Be Doing
The Global Term Funding (GTF) team maintains a suite of global funding programs with the objective of bond execution in various markets and currencies within the constraints of liquidity balance sheet market and concentration limits. Efficient and costeffective execution in the designated markets as compared to domestic and international peers is the key goal. As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for pricing evaluating negotiating and managing internal and external funding transactions and related derivative or cash hedges in the Banks own name in support of CIBC liquidity and capital management. Supporting Senior Directors you will also be involved in the interpretation and evaluation of reports covering transaction and portfolio risk positions and the review and sign off of key financial metrics and controls. You will provide guidance to operating heads and senior management on matters concerning the application/development of data collection and analysis procedures and controls.
