Job Description
We are an Anglican coeducational Independent school in regional Victoria Australia. Our well established School Rowing program has enjoyed great success with regular appearances and medal success at major Victorian State Championships and Australian National Championships.
We are seeking an Assistant Rowing Coach to support our dynamic rowing program in an ongoing basis. The successful applicant will lead daily training sessions for senior squads provide technical feedback and monitor progress. You will play a crucial role in regatta preparation offering strategic advice and managing equipment. This will also involve some travel and assistance during school holiday periods.
You will act as a mentor fostering a positive team culture and supporting our students and rowing GAP coaches ensuring their growth and education.

The School seeks expressions of interest from individuals that hold:
- Bachelors degree or tertiary qualification
- Rowing Australia Level 2 Coaching qualification
- Previous experience in rowing as a coach or competitive athlete
- A team work ethic and excellent organisational skills
- Experience with regatta logistics and team travel coordination
- An ability to engage and maintain professional relationships with members of the School community
