Our client operating in the medical space and based in Walmer Port Elizabeth; is currently looking to employ an experienced Medical Practice Administrator.
Previous experience in a medical administrative role is ideal.
Requirements:
Proficiency in preparing quotations and handling accounts.
Good telephone etiquette and people skills.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in a medical administrative role is advantageous.
Medical billing.
Debt collecting.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Manage daily administrative tasks.
Handle medical billing processes and liaise with medical aids.
Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage debt collection.
Prepare accurate quotations for services rendered.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations.
