Job Description
Overview
Position: Rehab Aide
Location: Waynesburg PA
Type of Employment: Parttime
Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary)
Compensation: Starting at $12/hr pending experience
Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.
Responsibilities
- Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other centerspecific functions
- Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions reactions or responses to treatment
- Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up overseeing a specific program serving as OSHA coordinator etc.)
- Clean sterilize and prepare equipment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
