Job Summary:
The Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement and inventory management of raw materials parts and supplies to support uninterrupted plant operations. This role coordinates with vendors internal teams and corporate procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels resolve supply issues and drive costsaving initiatives.
Some of the things you will do:
Procures raw materials parts and supplies to support production ensuring appropriate inventory levels and ontime delivery.
Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply issues including quality concerns and startup of new vendors or materials.
Reviews and adjusts MRP settings and collaborates with corporate procurement to identify costsaving opportunities.
Manages the plant storeroom including inventory control and ordering of spare parts aligned with technology changes.
Oversees vendor relationships including onboarding performance evaluation and resolution of invoice or compliance issues.
Prepares requisitions and purchase orders contributes to annual budgeting and monitors monthly costs.
Administers the contractor management program ensuring compliance with entry requirements insurance and training.
Ensures waste generated in the storeroom is managed and disposed of according to local regulations.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Ideally 23 years in materials Management
