Duties:
- Implements and plans instructional activities to meet the needs of elementary students and active learning experiences for the targeted foreign language.
- Communicates effectively with students parents and colleagues regarding individual student needs and progress.
- Provides a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities including cultural resources of the origin language.
- Provides and demonstrate feedback and gains in the performance of students.
- Assigns and grade class work homework tests and assignments.
- Ensures professional growth and student growth.
- Uses relevant technology to support instruction.
- Supports and exhibit SUSD Values.
- Keeps up with the latest developments in subject areas teaching resources and methods. Making relevant changes to instructional plans and activities if needed.
- Meets professional standards through constructive habits such as: participating in extracurricular activities meeting deadlines applying appropriate disciplinary measures where appropriate coordinating and managing student behavior in the classroom.
- Keeps accurate and up to date with records required by laws district policies and school regulations.
Requirements:Any Bachelors degree. Possess Arizona Department of Education Teaching Certificate. Possess valid IVP fingerprint clearance card.
