The Role

Account Managers own the renewal business for our employer groups and partners. This role will work crossfunctionally with our Sales Product Engineering and Data Teams to create a seamless onboarding experience while also working to continuously improve the overall product experience. You will be the primary point of contact for employer administrators and brokers providing education and support.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the initiation of client and internal meetings facilitate discussion gather critical information with the client and producer and timing of deliverables

• Accountable for member group escalations of claims and eligibility

• Create and maintain workstream project plans status reporting and documentation including but not limited to decisions risks issues and change control

• Collaborate across workstreams understanding work interdependencies and the associated schedule implications

• Utilize critical thinking to assess risks proactively prioritize issues and work based on impact

• Communicate to stakeholders effectively and concisely

• Creatively problem solve and identify process improvements always driving towards operational excellence

• Prepare and present quarterly reports for business reviews

The salary range for this job opportunity is $50000 to $87500 per year which is the amount Angle Health anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting. The actual base salary offered may differ and will depend on various factors such as geographic location skills qualifications and experience as well as internal equity.
