About the Role
Were recruiting for a Senior Associate (Managing Associate or Director level) to join our clients expanding Employment Law team in Manchester.
This is a strategic hire driven by growth and client demand. Youll bring expertise in complex employment matters a strong network or following and a genuine interest in shaping the future of a highperforming team.
What Youll Do
Deliver highquality advice on contentious and noncontentious employment matters
Lead on client relationships and drive business development
Support junior team members and help grow the Manchester offering
Contribute to the strategic direction of the team
What Were Looking For
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7 PQE in Employment Law
Strong client following and/or referral network
Experience handling complex employment matters (including tribunals)
Desire to take a leadership role and help grow a regional team
