About the Role
Rubicon Water a leading water management solutions provider is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Technician to join our team in Shepparton Australia. As a Field Technician you will play a key role in maintaining our technical standards and supporting our frontline workforce across diverse sites in Australia and internationally. You will install maintain and troubleshoot Rubicon and thirdparty products while working with cuttingedge technologies to keep systems running smoothly. Your ability to manage and implement onsite projects lead fault diagnosis and provide support will be critical to our success.
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Have an indepth knowledge of Rubicon Products and services
- Conduct onsite installations and commissioning of Rubicon products
- Lead fault diagnosis and repairs whether on site or in the factory to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
- Collaboration with other teams to develop and implement system modifications and upgrades
- Provide exceptional customer service and customer support for queries faults repairs and maintenance
Skills And Experiences
Qualifications & Skills
We want to hear from you if you have the following:
- Technical/Electrical trade qualification desirable
- Current drivers licence essential
- A solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to strip down and reassemble products and competency in using computers to manage data and documentation
- Knowledge DC electrical theory SCADA systems and data communications
- Understanding of OH&S principles and Quality Assurance
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Motivated and selfstarting individual with strong communication skills
- Enjoy working outdoors
