Job Description
Position Overview:
Were looking for an organized proactive and reliable Equipment & Warehouse Manager to oversee the tools materials and logistics that keep our electrical projects running smoothly. In this role youll be responsible for managing our warehouse operations tracking electrical tools and gear and ensuring job sites are fully equipped and ready to go. This is a critical support role that keeps our field crews efficient safe and wellsupplied.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee the daytoday operations of the warehouse and material staging areas.
Maintain a clean organized and safe environment that supports fastpaced project
work.
Receive inspect and store electrical materials tools and components.
Manage accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Equipment & Tool Management:
Maintain inventory of all electrical tools ladders test equipment PPE and specialty
gear.
Implement and manage a tracking system for tools assigned to field crews.
Schedule regular inspections and maintenance to ensure all equipment is in safe
working condition.
Coordinate tool calibrations and repairs as needed.
Logistics & Job Site Support:
Prepare job boxes and deliver tools/materials to job sites as needed.
Track and replenish consumables (conduit wire fittings fasteners etc.).
Work closely with the owner of operations to anticipate material and equipment needs.
Leadership & Administration:
Supervise warehouse.
Collaborate with purchasing to manage vendor relationships and material ordering.
Qualifications:
3 years experience in warehouse or equipment management preferably in the
electrical or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical tools materials and terminology.
Proficient in Quickbooks software spreadsheets and basic reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
