Job Description
Client: State of Arkansas
Department: AOC Administrative Office of the Courts
Location: Little Rock AR 72201 (Onsite)
Interview Type: In Person Only
Experience: 7 years
ONSITE WORK ONLY.
The Developer will be part of a crossfunctional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment of a court management program. The court management program will be a cloudbased system.
Thise positions are available for extensions.
The AOC Programmer is responsible for developing and supporting applications that support the Arkansas Judiciary. The Programmer will be part of a crossfunctional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment of a court management program. The court management program will be a cloudbased system.
Work on an Agile team that employs the Disciplined Agile Methodology
Work with the build new team to develop and integrate a veterans application with the new court management system
Design code debug and test application software and reports.
Monitor optimize and tune applications and reports for maximum performance.
Execute tasks conforming to formal techniques standards policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot userreported application and report issues.
Document and report on daily progress procedures and activities.
Other duties as assigned
A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field
Two years of experience in an application development role
Knowledge of DOTNET Core and Entity Framework Core frameworks
Knowledge of REACT Next JS Material UI
Knowledge of and experience developing with the C# programming language
Knowledge of or experience developing solutions in the cloud
Knowledge of database systems like Postgres and the integration of those databases into the development of system software
Knowledge of and experience developing with JavaScript CSS and HTML
Knowledge of and experience working with version control systems like GIT
Knowledge of AWS services
Knowledge of AWS lambda
Ability to develop visually appealing frontend websites including translating mockups into frontend code
Ability to design and implement automated testing including test driven development
Ability to design and develop RESTful web APIs
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to learn new technologies and maintain technical currency
