Job Summary:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our support team as a Support Executive Intern. This internship will provide handson experience in providing customer support troubleshooting issues and gaining insights into the support processes of a fastpaced business. As an intern you will assist in ensuring customer satisfaction and will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced support professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to customer queries through email phone or chat.
  • Document customer interactions feedback and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in escalating unresolved issues to higher support tiers or teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the support team to improve customer service processes and experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Business IT Communications or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support tools and systems (e.g. email chat or CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
  • Proactive attitude and problemsolving mindset.
