Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.

Identify customer insurance needs and offer suitable life health or general insurance products.

Acquire new clients through referrals cold calling networking and market intelligence.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.

Crosssell and upsell insurance products such as life insurance health insurance and retirement plans.

Ensure policy renewals and minimize lapses by maintaining regular followups.

Educate clients about product features benefits terms and conditions.
-
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare regular reports on sales and client interactions using CRM tools.

Coordinate with underwriting claims and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
