We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at SharpContra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk answering and directing calls handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of the office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors the Receptionist will play a key role in maintaining a positive and professional image for the company.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage scheduling and appointments for executives and staff.
Perform administrative duties such as filing data entry and office organization.
Maintain office supplies and order new stock as necessary.
Assist with various officerelated tasks and projects as needed.
Ensure the office is clean organized and welcoming for employees and clients.
Handle mail and packages ensuring they are distributed promptly.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.
