Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detailoriented and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Austin TX. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring a highquality experience through professional and timely support. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional manner

  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement

  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
