Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detailoriented and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Austin TX. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring a highquality experience through professional and timely support. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional manner
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
