Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in customer service. As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing them with highquality service and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in the processing of orders returns and exchanges.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure all customer information is handled securely and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
