Job Description
We are seeking an Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing client accounts ensuring that clients receive topnotch service and supporting the growth of customer relationships. As an Account Representative you will serve as a liaison between the company and its clients handling inquiries addressing concerns and providing solutions that align with customer needs.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to increase account retention and growth.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients regarding the status of their accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling relevant products and services.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support company initiatives.
Ensure all accountrelated information is updated in our systems accurately.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred.
Proven experience in account management customer service or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
