We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Columbus OH team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic organized and focused on delivering highquality service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone email and inperson in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Maintain accurate records of client communications and service transactions
Assist with scheduling property visits and providing information about services
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience in a customer service or frontoffice environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry software
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a variety of customer concerns
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
