We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Events Assistant to join our team in Columbus OH. This role supports the planning coordination and execution of events that reflect the Nexmos Design brand and meet client expectations. The ideal candidate is organized adaptable and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of event concepts and logistics
Coordinate with vendors venues and internal departments
Support the setup operation and breakdown of events
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare materials manage inventory and handle shipments
Track expenses and help maintain budget accuracy
Provide onsite support during events
Conduct postevent evaluations and reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in hospitality communications or related field preferred
1 year of experience in event coordination administration or customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Flexible schedule and ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
