Job Summary
Responsible for examining titles searching real estate records and compiling a list of mortgage and other contracts.
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in postclosing/title policy work
Deep knowledge of recording policy production and title curative work
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong sense of ownership and followthrough
A team player who thrives in a positive fastpaced environment
What Youll Do:
Prepare and issue final title policies
Perform postclosing audits and curative work
Ensure timely and accurate recording of documents
Collaborate closely with escrow and title teams
