Our pay structure:

Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
Product Commission: 10% on your check 10% in your PTO bank
Birds covers the cost of running all discounts promotions

Qualifications

1 year of hair cutting experience
Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
