We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Qatar. As a key member of our hospitality staff you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and leading a team of housekeeping professionals.
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations assigning tasks and schedules to team members
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Train mentor and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring proper stock levels and efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations ensuring compliance with local and international standards
- Handle guest concerns and feedback providing timely and effective solutions
- Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to housekeeping operations
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction through innovative cleaning techniques and processes
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detailoriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and aesthetics
- Proficient in using housekeeping management systems or software
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle guest concerns effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Indepth knowledge of cleaning products techniques and industry best practices
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing walking lifting (up to 40 lbs) kneeling pushing and pulling
- Comfortable with occasional use of ladders stairs and ramps
- Fluency in English;
