We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai India. As the face of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining smooth operations at our front desk.
- Greet and assist guests addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Manage daily administrative tasks including checkins checkouts and room bookings
- Maintain high standards of customer service consistently exceeding guest expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and seek timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions bookings and financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure uptodate room status information
- Assist in training and motivating the reception team to promote teamwork and efficiency
- Identify and implement costeffective resource management strategies
- Prepare and maintain front office logs shift reports and other relevant documentation
- Support the management team in organizing and executing special events or functions
- Stay informed about hotel services local attractions and events to provide guests with accurate information
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in customer service software and property management systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of local attractions and services in Mumbai
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
