Job Description
As BioPharma Business Analyst you will join the BioPharma Business Intelligence & Analytics team becoming part of the Miltenyi Biotec Global Industrial Business Operations.
- You will be responsible of providing key datadriven insights to different commercial decisionmakers within our global organization facilitating transparency and ensuring a comprehensive always uptodate overview of the BioPharma market landscape and customers and the identification of new business opportunities.
- You will provide consultancy to our marketing and sales functions as factsbased foundations for strategic planning and design of targeted marketing activities. Giving key contribution to the design of dynamic segmentation strategies of the BioPharma market and generate qualitative and quantitative characterization of the different market segments belong to your responsibilities.
- You will support key commercial functions in the forecasting and forecastassessment processes and develop epibased patientbased and salesbased forecasts modelling datadriven decisions.
- Working closely with our marketing and R&D departments you will provide key insights on market trends and customer requirements for our product pipeline prioritization.
- You will manage different external data platforms and efficiently combine the derived information with internal data generating dashboards and reports to be shared with different stakeholders globally and at different management levels.
- You will oversee our BioPharma accounts data and their structure within the CRM system ensuring accuracy and adherence to the latest M&A market events.
Qualifications :
- You have previous experience in a Market or Business Intelligence and Analytics role in the Biotech or Pharma industry and you hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Biotechnology Bioinformatics Pharmaceutical Business Administration Finance Business Administration or related disciplines.
- You have a good knowledge of the biotech and pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape.
- You have proven expertise in analytical activities a solid conceptual thinking and a firm ability to process and validate information extracting the key insights.
- You have experience in forecasting methodologies in the pharma or biotech industry.
- You own a sound project experience and possess the ability to develop new efficient business processes and move towards automated systems.
- You have experience in data modeling and visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) and in working with databases and CRM systems.
