Job Description
JOB STATUS: Fulltime (40 hours) 12month position
LOCATION: Willmar MN

children with challenging behaviors to develop socialemotional skills for a brighter future!
WHAT YOULL DO:
Inspire Growth: Plan and implement tailored learning experiences for atrisk children in individual and smallgroup settings.
Guide Positive Behaviors: Teach coping strategies to help children navigate socialemotional interactions and model appropriate behavior.
Empower ProblemSolving: Help children learn and apply problemsolving techniques through individualized planning.
Support Team Success: Collaborate with classroom staff to provide guidance on behavior management and support.
Partner with Families: Assist teachers in preparing and attending parent conferences to foster strong homeschool connections.
Be a Role Model: Encourage positive behavior while building a nurturing inclusive environment.

You understand child development and family challenges.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
CDA with training/experience in managing challenging behaviors.
Degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE).
CPR and First Aid certification required.
