Job Description
Title: Interim Controller
Location: OnSite Jacksonville FL
Hourly Rate: Market
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of accounting records and assess the quality of financial statements.
- Facilitate the migration to NetSuite later this year from our current systems.
- Provide training and support to new staff members.
- Implement internal controls and address any necessary cleanup in accounting practices.
- Deliver quality information to enhance forecasting capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams to support sales pipeline projections assist project managers coordinate with warehouse and inventory management and more.
- Support executive efforts to modernize the team and operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting.
- Strong understanding of internal controls.
- Experience with system migrations particularly to NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems.
- Ability to train and develop new staff.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
