We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our Concessions Sodexo Live! kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pizza making and a love for food. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas ensuring that each dish meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and specifications.
Manage dough preparation including mixing kneading and shaping.
Top pizzas with fresh ingredients sauces and cheeses.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
