Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:
The Senior Accountant will drive accurate timely financial reporting and ensure compliance across multiple business entities. This is a critical role requiring fullcycle accounting expertise strong reconciliation skills proactive communication and a selfdirected work style. The ideal candidate thrives on ownership precision and problemsolving to support operational and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fullcycle accounting: A/P A/R general ledger and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and timely books across multiple entities.
- Handle bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Oversee inventory accounting and resolve discrepancies (experience with SOS Inventory is a plus).
- Prepare and file sales tax and other compliance documents.
- Collaborate closely with internal managers and external CPA firms.
- Make recommendations on cash flow management and financial process improvements.
- Proactively identify and solve accounting and reporting issues.
- Ensure timely monthend close processes and compliance reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of fullcycle accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online (nonnegotiable).
- Multientity accounting experience.
- Expertise in bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Experience managing inventory accounting.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage remote work schedules.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and deadlines.
- Proactive communicator and team collaborator.
- High integrity and professional judgment.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with SOS Inventory or similar platforms.
- CPA certification.
- Financial modeling or cash flow management experience.
- Experience in construction manufacturing franchise or service industries.
