Remote Marketing Assistant EntryLevel No Experience or Degree Needed
Looking for a way into the world of digital marketing without a resume full of experience This remote entrylevel position gives you the chance to support real marketing teams by helping set up and maintain backend campaign systems. Youll follow structured workflows use beginnerfriendly tools and learn as you gono selling no design and no phone work required.
Includes a guided 5day training challenge to help you launch your first working campaign system.
Role Overview
As a Remote Marketing Assistant your focus will be on the technical side of marketingnot strategy or content creation. Youll build the systems that help businesses capture leads send automated followups and book appointments. Using draganddrop tools and prebuilt templates youll assist with setup testing and troubleshooting across marketing workflows.
This role is built for beginners and includes structured training to walk you through the process step by step.
What Youll Do
Campaign Workflow Setup
Use visual editors to create optin forms and connect them to CRM tools
Build basic email/SMS followup sequences triggered by user actions
Link booking calendars and set up automated reminders
Contact Organization and amp; Routing
Apply tags to leads based on behavior (clicked booked didnt respond)
Route leads to the correct pipeline or automation flow
Organize systems to ensure clean contact records and logical followup
System Testing
Simulate lead journeys to confirm every step fires correctly
Troubleshoot missed triggers incorrect tags or skipped messages
Adjust timing or logic where needed for smoother campaign performance
A Typical Day May Include
Completing a module in your included 5day onboarding dashboard
Setting up a lead form and linking it to a welcome message
Testing whether the system sends reminders when no appointment is booked
Tagging and segmenting test contacts based on their interaction
Cloning the system for a second campaign with slight customizations
