Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Manager Sales to drive business growth in IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT services digital transformation solutions cloud computing cybersecurity or enterprise applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent client relationship skills and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and target new business opportunities across industries including BFSI Retail Manufacturing Healthcare and IT.
Engage with Clevel executives decisionmakers and key stakeholders to promote IT services and solutions.
Lead the endtoend sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with presales delivery and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Drive account expansion and upselling opportunities within existing client base.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business IT or a related field.
8 years of experience in IT services sales solutions sales or enterprise software sales.
Strong understanding of digital transformation cloud services cybersecurity data analytics and enterprise solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling to midtolarge enterprises including Fortune 500 companies.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while collaborating with global teams.
Willingness to travel as required.
