Ferguson is now seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team!

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM to 5:30PM

Position Details:

  • Reports to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Direct oversight of 5 to 8 associates.
  • Accurately updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.
  • Represent the FEI organization to customers associates and leadership as needed.
  • Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency faster service and lower costs.
  • Examines invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations.
  • May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations.
  • Ensure goods are verified against records of shipment.
  • Accurately records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
  • Responsible for inspection identification and delivery to stocking locations.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive handle store record and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies rules regulations and procedures.
  • Participates or leads associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years quality assurance experience required.
  • Experience in a management or supervisory role is required.
  • Experience with payroll systems is preferred.
  • Hazardous materials certification or be willing to obtain this as a condition of employment.
  • Experience working in pipe yards with Heat Numbers MERIs and MTRs is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.

Pay Range:

$19.47 $42.31

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
