Job Description
Qualifications/Key Performance Areas:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management related field required.- 57 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead coach and manage a team.
Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving skills and results focused.
Effective interpersonal skills.
A selfstarter and team player.
High degree of integrity.
Essential Functions:
Lead project management teams to successful completion on projects.
Assume overall responsibility for project profitability.
Estimate and run work.
Growth and development of subordinates.
Participate in strategic planning process.
Lead and manage daytoday operations of business unit.
Responsibility for business units growth and financial success.

Physical Demands:
Work is normally performed in a typical office environment.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Limited exposure to physical risk.
Noise level in the office environment is usually quiet but onsite might have higher levels of noise.
While performing the duties of this role employee will be required to sit talk and hear.
Employee is occasionally required stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms stoop or kneel.
