Job Title: Residential Technician (Overnight Shift)
Location: 516 W. 12th Street Sioux Falls SD 57104
Salary: $18.00 $23.49/hour
FullTime Opportunity 4Day Work Week (10Hour Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide overnight supervision and support to residents to ensure a safe and stable environment.
Support residents in following established guidelines and expectations.
Maintain structure by modeling appropriate behavior and offering guidance when needed.
Accurately document observations behaviors and incidents.
Conduct property checks and assist with drug screening procedures as necessary.
Work collaboratively with staff to promote consistency and safety across shifts.
Who Were Looking For:
Individuals committed to making a difference in others lives.
Those with at least one year of recovery experience (preferred).
Dependable and clear communicators especially in overnight settings.
Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (lifting 25 lbs walking etc.).
Willing to perform property searches and urine collection for screenings.
