Were looking for a passionate and proactiveTalent Development Specialistto join our global Talent Development team. This individual contributor role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment and is excited to roll up their sleeves across all areas of talent management.

Youll play a key role in designing supporting and evolving global programs that drive performance enable growth and unlock potentialthings like career development performance and feedback internal mobility recognition succession planning and more. Youll partner with teams across the business and across geographies to build and scale smart peoplefirst talent practices that grow with us.

This is a unique opportunity to work on highimpact global talent initiatives at scalewithout getting too far from the ground floor. Youll get to help shape how we grow and support our people while partnering with a hightrust team thats collaborative scrappy and allin on creating a great employee experience.

What Youll Do

• Support the execution and evolution of key talent programsperformance management continuous feedback recognition internal mobility promotions and succession planning
• Help run the rhythm of the business for talent reviews and calibration processes ensuring consistency and impact across regions and teams
• Collaborate closely with People Business Partners People Tech and business leaders to bring talent strategies to life
• Build and maintain toolkits templates and enablement resources that make talent processes intuitive inclusive and actionable for managers and employees
• Analyze talent data and trends turning insights into compelling stories and practical recommendations
• Partner on the design and implementation of career frameworks and development paths to help employees navigate growth
• Support talent assessment efforts helping teams better understand skills strengths and future potential
• Help evolve our approach to competencies and capability building across the organization
• Jump into highpriority projects across the talent spacewere a small agile team and no two days are the same

What Were Looking For

• 58 years of experience in Talent Management Talent Development or Organizational Development
• Handson experience supporting talent programs such as performance management talent reviews feedback succession planning or internal mobility
• Global perspectiveyouve worked across cultures and time zones and can flex your approach accordingly
• Strong project management and organizational skillsyou can keep things moving and deliver with quality
• Datasavvyyoure comfortable working with talent and people data and translating it into insights and action
• A clear communicator and natural collaborator who builds trust and works well across functions
• Curious adaptable and energized by buildingyoure excited by the blank space and comfortable figuring things out
• Passionate about talent development and the employee experienceyou believe in people and their potential

In accordance with New York City Law below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on but not limited to: experience education professional licenses location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance disability insurance life insurance 401k plan paidtime off and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary yearend bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $120000$150000
