We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Backend Developer with expertise in advanced Java concepts and a strong background in building scalable secure backend services using Spring Boot Reactive JPA and FHIR HAPI. You will be responsible for designing and implementing microservices integrating with healthcare data standards and ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop robust scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot (Reactive stack).

• Implement data persistence using JPA with PostgreSQL.

• Integrate FHIR HAPI for healthcare interoperability ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards.

• Apply AspectOriented Programming (AOP) for crosscutting concerns like logging security and transactions.

• Design RESTful APIs following best practices and implement secure service communication.

• Collaborate with architects and DevOps engineers to build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Conduct unit and integration testing using JUnit and ensure high code coverage.

• Contribute to componentlevel design system architecture and technical documentation.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including QA frontend DevOps and business stakeholders.

What You Need

• 3 to 5 years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in Java Spring Boot and FHIR HAPI including experience with the Reactive.
• Solid understanding and handson experience with JPA/Hibernate and PostgreSQL for relational data persistence.
• Experience implementing AspectOriented Programming (AOP) for handling logging security and transaction management.
• Proven expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs with a focus on secure scalable servicetoservice communication.
• Strong background in unit testing and integration testing using frameworks like JUnit with a focus on achieving high test coverage.
• Ability to contribute to system architecture perform componentlevel design and document technical solutions clearly.
• Familiarity with security best practices including authentication authorization and data protection in distributed systems.
