Job Description
Location: Sydney or Newcastle (with travel to Sydney Newcastle or Tamworth depending on your base)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Were looking for a Learning and Development Facilitator to join our dedicated team delivering highquality facetoface induction programs that set our frontline teams up for success from day one.
About the Role:
As a Learning and Development Facilitator youll play a key role in supporting employee experience and retention by delivering engaging practical and compliant induction programs. You will collaborate closely with our Learning & Development Talent and Operational teams to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.
This role includes:
- Deliver a 5day facetoface induction program for new starters
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain and improve training content
- Providing realtime feedback on candidate progress
- Coordinating refresher training as needed
- Supporting continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery
What Youll Bring:
- TCI Trainer certification (completed or refreshed within the past 12 months)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or enrolled with completion due within 6 months)
- Confidence delivering training to groups and managing group dynamics
- Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and feedback
