Juro has big ambitions: to become the goto platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And well need help doing it.
Juros AIpowered contract platform is backed by a stellar Customer Success team with industryleading satisfaction scores letting new customers manage contracts at scale in hours not weeks.
Most LegalTech vendors deliver the opposite: protracted scattered onboarding and thin support. The result Customers lose excitement use the platform less and eventually abandon it altogether.
Were hiring to stay ahead expanding the team so every customer continues to see rapid effortless value from day one.
Your mission is deliver value to our paying customers through an effective and speedy onboarding while being the voice of the customer internally. This means owning the onboarding of fastgrowing companies from end to end and delivering effective speedy and thoughtful customer projects.
Success for you by month 3 means:
Youre comfortably juggling 35 live customers and 100% of your onboardings complete in <45 days.
You run AIaugmented data extract projects and coach customers on AI workflows and best practice.
You confidently serve as a technical expert providing support to Customer Success and Sales teams and actively participating as a technical voice in customer and prospect calls.

Presenting live kickoff training sessions or webinars solo feels daunting youd rather stay behind the scenes than guide customers in real time.
Running 30plus parallel onboardings sounds overwhelming you prefer deep focus on a single account at a time.
Figuring out new software and troubleshooting workflows isnt your thing youd rather avoid the handson tool work this role demands.
