Principal Product Manager Foundation Data Platform
Why We Have This Role
- To expand the Qualtrics Data Platform with strategic capabilities.
- Own a portion of the data platform portfolio of streaming data and data preparation tools.
- To innovate in the realm of data pipelines to enable AI powered features.
- Enable all brands to enhance customer experiences by providing accessible omni channel understanding.
How Youll Find Success
- Build a deep understanding of user personas and workflows translating insights into clearly defined product specifications that align with the overall product strategy.
- Building empathy for core personas/users and translating this into product specification documents.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate feedback and iterate on tool designs.
- Utilizing data and user insights to guide development priorities and measure the impact of new features.
- Managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and highquality standards.
How Youll Grow
- By projects that directly contribute to the objectives for Qualtrics by enabling data platform capabilities which enable strategic solutions like Qualtrics Assist and Omnichannel insights.
- Gaining expertise in the latest low code/no code technologies and AI application in workflow automation.
- Enhancing leadership skills through the ownership of highimpact projects and crossteam collaboration.
- Expanding knowledge of various business tools and platforms through the integration of new extensions.
Things Youll Do
- Lead the development of omnichannel customer interaction analytics with a focus on AIdriven insights.
- Build and launch strategic extensions and integration for the Qualtrics xFlows Actions Platform.
- Develop innovative tools with AI capabilities to enhance the platforms automation features.
- Collaborate with engineering design and product teams to deliver cohesive and usercentric solutions.
- Prioritize customer signals and industry trends to improve product offerings.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of experience in a productrelated role preferably in tech/software.
- 812 years of product management experience.
- Experience building and scaling customerfacing analytics or AIdriven insights products.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Selfmotivated wellorganized and detailoriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

For fulltime positions this pay range is for base per year; however base pay offered may vary depending on location jobrelated knowledge education skills and experience.A signon bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer in addition to a range of medical financial and other benefits based on eligibility criteria.
