Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented professional to join our property management company as a Revenue and Titling Assistant. You will be responsible for managing the companys resident database and assisting the operations and accounting team with reporting and other administrative tasks. Youll also be responsible for process management for title transfers. This position requires strong analytical skills intermediate to advanced excel skills attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fastpaced environment.


Responsibilities


Resident Database Administration:

  • Provide support to operations team by generating reports analyzing data and extracting actionable insights from the resident database.
  • Audit resident database ensuring accurate and complete resident information.
  • Upload and audit resident information for newly acquired communities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate the resident database with other systems or software as needed.
  • Update print and mail relevant notice to residents including but not limited to rent increase legal and compliance notices.
  • Work collaboratively with the Accounting Department and Operations team to resolve resident payment matters.

Process Improvement and Systems Development:

  • Continuously review and improve processes identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and automation.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance the resident database system ensuring its optimal performance and usability.
  • Participate in system upgrades data migration and testing initiatives to maintain a robust and reliable resident database platform.
  • Provide training and support to staff members regarding resident database usage.

Titling

  • Track title transfers manage the process end to end
  • Make and receive phone calls regarding titles
  • Make trips to HCD as needed to deliver urgent forms.
Requirements
  • Experience as a database administrator administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with property management software and resident database systems is a plus.
