ORGANIZATION TYPE: Medical Membership Association
LOCATION: InPerson On Site
POSITION TITLE: Membership Assistant
SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week
DURATION: Temporary
HOURLY PAY: $18/hour $21/hour
Is This Your Dream Job:The temporary membership assistant will provide administrative and customer service support to this medical membership association. Duties include but are not limited to member services processing membership fees and collections calls database administration and general office support as needed. This is a full time inperson position for 40 hours/week.
Our Ideal Candidate:
13 years experience in membership or customer service roles
Must be fully proficient in the MS Office suite especially Excel
Able to communicate effectively over verbal and written platforms
Comfortable answering phones and making outbound collections calls
Experience with collections or membership dues or gift processing
Must be accurate detail oriented and be able to problem solve
Comfortable working with confidential information and using discretion as required.
How You Will Spend Your Day:
Making outbound calls to association members to collect dues payments follow up on member service needs
Update membership database records and contact info as needed
Process membership dues payments
Other office administration duties as required
