To support this growth we are hiring a detailoriented Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist who thrives on structure accuracy and clear communication.

We provide trusted plumbing and HVAC services and are growing quickly. To support this growth we are hiring a detailoriented Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist who thrives on structure accuracy and clear communication.
Job Summary:
This position is heavily focused on using our field service software ServiceTitan to prepare estimates generate invoices and manage customer payments. While invoices and payment batches will be exported to QuickBooks by others this role does not require QuickBooks use. The position also includes light administrative duties related to payroll and HR coordination.

The position also includes light administrative duties related to payroll and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimates & Invoicing (via ServiceTitan)
- Use ServiceTitan to prepare and send job estimates based on technician notes and office input.
- Generate and send accurate invoices for completed work ensuring all charges (labor materials etc.) are included.
- Confirm job details with office/field staff before billing to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Monitor open invoices and track customer payments within ServiceTitan.
- Send friendly reminders and follow up on pastdue invoices.
- Export payment and invoice data in batches for upload into QuickBooks by the HQ bookkeeping team.
- Professionally resolve billing questions and disputes from customers.
Recordkeeping & Process Support
- Keep digital records organized in ServiceTitan and internal folders.
- Assist with weekly AR reports as needed.
- Crosscheck bank deposits with ServiceTitan entries for accuracy.
Admin Support (Payroll & HR)
- Help verify technician time cards and assist in prepping payroll.
- Collect onboarding documents for new employees and maintain employee files.
- Support HRrelated tasks such as benefits coordination and compliance document tracking.
What You Bring:
- 5 years in billing AR or estimating/invoicing (home services or construction industry preferred).
- Must be proficient with field service software ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and followthrough.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and processdriven with high integrity and discretion.

Compensation: $18.00 $22.00 per hour
