What We Look For in Future L&D Hires

We regularly seek professionals with experience in:

  • Instructional design (internal external or customerfacing)

  • Learning program development and facilitation

  • Leadership development and manager training

  • Onboarding program design and optimization

  • Sales enablement and performance support

  • Tools such as Articulate 360 Rise Google Vids LMS platforms or AIbased learning tools

Who You Are

  • A missiondriven professional with experience in SaaS EdTech or fastpaced environments

  • Passionate about how people learn and grow with a focus on measurable impact

  • Experienced in building scalable highimpact learning experiences
