Specific Skills / Requirements Experience with Microsoft suite including Word Excel and Access (using a developed database only) General Job Description: Works in a team environment to assists the agency with administering and maintaining program and Purchase of Service (POS) contracts including data collection and assisting in assessment of contractors and POS vendors for compliance with Federal and State guidelines. Must be able to recognize trends when collecting data and recognize discrepancies in collected data. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. Duties: - Completes word processing data entry administrative support and budget records for the Compliance Department and agency
- Prepare and send addendums to the contracts under the direction of Contracts Manager
- Under the direction of the Contracts Manager support efforts related to the oversight and compliance including the annual Area Agency on Aging Assessment the Program Outcome Assessment and various audits issued by Integrated Care Organizations throughout the year.
- Review and follow up on vendor/contractor insurance adequacy valid licensure and any other compliance items that require annual review
- Under the direction of the Contracts Manager provide assistance and support in monitoring service provider compliance with contract conditions and Funding Agency Minimum Operating Standards including annual and ongoing offsite programmatic and fiscal assessments.
- Maintain current agency policies and procedures in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Under the direction of the Contracts Manager provide assistance in finding and contracting with new Purchase of Service Vendors including the review of submitted applications to assure compliance with applicable standards and contract requirements.
- Serve as community liaison and advocate for older adults.
