Quality Engineer Trainee (QET)
We are searching for a Quality Engineer Trainee to join our team. This is an entrylevel position and is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Company and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The candidate will undergo intensive 12month Quality Assurance training program.

Santa Fe Springs CA is a worldclass manufacturer of selflubricating bearings used in infrastructure architectural nuclear power offshore marine & hydropower applications. AllPower Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer of aerospace precision bushings spacers and machine parts.
Responsibilities include but no limited to:
- QE support of Prime Customers for first articles and corrective action;
- Reviewing contracts specifications purchase orders and planning;
- Planning and implementing quality initiatives throughout the organization;
- Managing & tracking MRB & RMAs;
- Performing internal & external audits;
- Participating in RCCA investigations as required;
- Assist in supplier quality support and development.
- Implement and Manage QMS software
Individual must have:
- Have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Material or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Be an individual who is a selfstarter motivated and resourceful in addition to being detail oriented and possess a good work ethic.
- Be able to communicate with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

Pay Range: $72000 $72000**
**Please note that the salary range information is only applicable to California. The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location experience education skills qualifications performance and business or organizational needs.
