Roaming Sales and Lettings Negotiator Essex & Suffolk Region
Locations: Chelmsford Kelvedon Colchester Sudbury Frinton
Salary: 2426k basic with an OTE of 30k
Type: Fulltime Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Licence Required: Full UK Driving Licence
My client a wellestablished and expanding estate agency is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Sales and Lettings Negotiator to cover several key offices across the Essex and Suffolk region including Chelmsford Kelvedon Colchester Sudbury and FrintononSea.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role thrives on independence and has a passion for property. The role will involve working across both residential sales and lettings offering a dynamic and fastpaced environment for ambitious professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for both sales and lettings
- Travel between offices based on business needs
- Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements
- Liaise with landlords tenants buyers and vendors
- Keep CRM systems up to date and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all locations
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in estate agency (sales or lettings) preferred
- Confident personable and proactive
- Comfortable working independently across multiple branches
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Local knowledge of the Essex/Suffolk property market is a plus
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
