We have an exciting opportunity to join our Asset Performance team as a Resolution Support Technician supporting our asset performance technicians undertaking chronic flooding pollution and highprofile complaint investigations. This role will require flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and driving continuous improvement.
Your duties will include:
Use of Infonet and Wincan to create shape files for sewer coding based on data from risk tool and identified areas of concern
Provide prompt technical support expertise and advice for relevant internal and external stakeholders & customers
Identify and promote improvements to facilitate effective and efficient operation of the Water Recycling Network
Work closely with relevant teams to deliver efficient solutions to customer and operational issues
Coach and support in the performance management of field resources.
Liaison with all other departments as required to deliver the performance commitments and outputs identified to resolve and/or mitigate
Engagement with local network teams on data and results sharing
Strong engagement with SMART networks to build monitoring system
What does it take to be a Resolution Support Technician
Proven knowledge and understanding of sewerage systems and regulations
Great customer service skills
Ability to interpret and act upon data in an efficient way
Collaboration with stakeholders
Strong health and safety awareness within an operational environment
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Able to work within a confined space and at height without restrictions. Due toharness weight limits your maximum weight cannot be in excess of 113 kilogramsyou will be expected to complete relevant occupational health checks.
