Advertiser Account Manager, DACH

Were looking for a commercially driven and relationshipfocused Advertising Account Manager to join our team in Berlin supporting performance advertising clients across the DACH region. In this role youll be onboarding new clients managing a large book of advertisers optimising campaign performance and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. Youll act as a strategic consultant to your clients helping them scale success on Taboolas platform while working crossfunctionally with internal teams to improve processes and product feedback

As an Advertising Account Manager in Berlin you are responsible for onboarding setting the strategy and managing a book of business of advertisers in the DACH region. At this critical time your goal is to ensure best in class customer service with an aim to maintain and grow the partnership with a strategic and commercial attitude.

To thrive in this role youll need:

• Fluent Native/Bilingual or at least professional German level skills are a must have for this role
• 2 minimum years experience clientfacing in the digital media space
• Experience in Performance Marketing a plus
• Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fastpaced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a highperforming team against challenges quarterly revenue targets

How youll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Manager youll bring value by:

• Understand Taboolas platform capabilities and the value proposition for each advertiser.
• Build rapport provide outstanding service and grow relationships with new advertisers.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to best ensure advertiser success and retention.
• Clearly understand client objectives to intelligently identify opportunities and effectively upsell.
• Onboard new advertisers with attention to detail.
• Monitor and analyze metrics to proactively optimize and improve results.
• Help clients meet goals and scale on our platform while strengthening customer trust and confidence in Taboola.
• Help identify and develop best practices by vertical KPI etc.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross functional teams.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with both advertisers and agencies in the DACH region
• A background in affiliate marketing or performance advertising platforms
